Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for orders under $100. Our team works hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Pronto Premium Hair Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds but you may exchange your item within 5 days of receiving, if there are any damages caused by Pronto or our shipping carrier.
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
